# Dependi Pricing

Dependi offers a free **Core** plan and paid **Pro** subscriptions (monthly or yearly) with a free trial.

## Core (Free)

- Price: Free
- No account required for Core features
- Includes: simplified dependency management, seamless updates, enhanced collaboration, comprehensive documentation
- Install from the VS Code Marketplace or Open VSX

## Pro Monthly

- Billing: monthly
- Includes all Core features plus vulnerability management, privacy protection (private repos), performance boost (index server), early access, and roadmap influence
- Default seats: **2** (add more in the Pro panel)
- Current promotional pricing (verify live): about **$3.19/month** (list ~$6.99/month)

## Pro Yearly

- Billing: yearly (often marked most popular)
- Same Pro feature set as monthly
- Current promotional pricing (verify live): about **$1.66/month** billed yearly (**~$19.88/year**; list ~$6.57/month equivalent)

## Seats & devices

- Pro includes **2 seats by default**
- Add or change seats in the Pro Panel under API key / seat management
- Seat decreases may be limited when registered devices exceed the new limit; billing changes typically apply on the next cycle

## Trial & purchase

- Start from https://www.dependi.io/register
- Requires a valid email and payment method for Pro
- Existing Pro users manage plans under Pro Panel → Payment

## Refunds

Dependi is a digital product. Purchases are generally **non-refundable**. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Evaluate with Core (and the free trial) before buying.
